[Embrace]

[Embrace]

Once more,
I forsake
the pain and step
Upon a street
swaying in the gentle
breeze’s embrace.
I leave behind
these earthly confines,
venturing anew
Along the shores
of celestial infinity.
I ascend
the stairway
aglow with heavenly light;
Amidst
the stars
in the boundless cosmos,
I ascend:
I climb:
the golden strands of hair
Of time’s
celestial guardian:
From
a heavenly casement,
she laughs,
His marble
wings outstretched
towards me!
We are the
celestial beings that soar
In a softly
illuminated ethereal expanse.
